The best holiday ever

I'm going to write about the best holiday I ever had.

My best holiday was about two year ago (2015). My family (Brother and his girlfriend, both parents), including my boyfriend and I went to Chiloe to spent two weeks in Quellón. Quellón is in the south of the Chiloe's Island, and it is a quiet city, but with great landscapes. We weren't only in Quellón of course, we traveled from Quellón to other towns and cities in Chiloe, so we pretty much visited all the touristic areas in Chiloé, including a lot of churches, that are typical from this island. Besides kwnowing new places, we went to the beach a couple of days. We also knew national's parks there, and of course we went to every "Feria" (that is where we can buy things that are typical from this area) in every places that we visited, were we bought typical clothing from Chiloé. We also ate a lot of "typical" food, that consist in seafood and lamb and of course the tipical "Curanto".  We practiced trekking,  and of course we also had time to relax.
This had been the best vacations so far for me, not because the place, and the activities we made (this was also asome), but because we reunited afer a long time. This were the first holidays that we spent together after a long time, so it was significant for us all. This holidays will remain always in my memory because we spent a great time as a family.

  1. Mariana, I liked very much to read your blog, specially your last post. I like very much the South of Chile but I think that in this case the place was not very important but the opportunity to spent a great time with your family!!

  2. I also liked your post, sometimes the better experiences are not the things we do or visit, but whom we are. In my case, I´ve been there but it was only for a day and I was really sick, so I could´t enjoyed, I hope to come back soon and do the things you did.
